Strukton Civiel Projecten has played a leading role in concession-related types of cooperation for a number of years. We also contribute knowledge to the development of public-private partnerships (PPPs). We believe that innovative ways of calling for tenders such as the formation of alliances, PPP structures, Design & Construction partnerships and process-orientated contract management are important developments. This is largely due to the fact that they give us the opportunity to fully utilize our expertise.
The new types of cooperation result in a new relationship with the client. The challenge for Strukton Civiel Projecten is doing more than simply realizing and delivering a (sub)project. We are happy to bear responsibility for the entire infrastructural project on behalf of the client, taking the broad social interests that can be involved in large-scale projects into consideration. We have the knowledge and experience: from the initial planning to the actual operation.
